API 6A/6D certified flanges. Weld neck, blind, orifice, and spectacle blinds for upstream, midstream, and downstream applications. Corrosion-resistant alloys for sour service and high-pressure environments.
The oil and gas industry operates in some of the world's harshest environments. From subsea wells at 3,000m depth to desert refineries exceeding 50Β°C, flanges must perform flawlessly under extreme pressure, temperature, and corrosive conditions.
JIAJI FORGING has supplied forged flanges to major oil and gas projects across Central Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Our products are used in upstream production facilities, long-distance pipelines, refinery processing units, and LNG terminals.
With API 6A and API 6D product certifications, we understand the stringent requirements of NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour service, high-pressure wellhead and Christmas tree applications, and the documentation demands of international oil company (IOC) procurement specifications.
From wellhead to refinery gate, JIAJI FORGING supplies flanges for every stage of the oil and gas supply chain
Wellhead, Christmas Tree, Flowline
The most demanding segment for flange performance. High pressure (up to 15,000 PSI / 103 MPa), sour gas (HβS), and abrasive conditions require premium materials and rigorous testing.
Pipeline, Compressor Station, Tank Farm
Long-distance pipelines spanning thousands of kilometers require flanges that can handle thermal cycling, ground movement, andδ»θ΄¨η corrosive effects over decades of service.
Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG Terminal
Refinery flange applications range from crude oil atmospheric distillation at ~300Β°C to hydrocracking units at 400Β°C+ with hydrogen-rich atmospheres (Hβ partial pressure > 20 bar).
Correct material selection is critical for safe and reliable oil and gas flange service

JIAJI FORGING holds the certifications required by international oil companies and their EPC contractors
Wellhead & Christmas Tree Equipment. Product specification levels PSL 1β4, including PR2 high-temperature performance.
Pipeline Valves. Forged flanges as associated components. Factory acceptance testing per API 6D.
Quality Management System. Documented process control from raw material to final inspection and dispatch.
Pressure Equipment Directive. Module D1/G, H, or H1 for EU market. CE marking available.
German pressure equipment standard. Materials and fabrication verification per AD 2000 W0/W4.
Sour Service. Materials tested and qualified for HβS-containing hydrocarbon environments per ISO 15156.
Mill Test Certificates. Independent inspection by notified body. Chemical composition, mechanical properties, NDE.
Tensile, impact (Charpy), hardness, hydrostatic, PMI, ferrite content, intergranular corrosion tests on request.
API 6A Product Specification Levels define requirements for wellhead and Christmas tree equipment. PSL 2 includes enhanced requirements beyond PSL 1: additional material testing (CVN impact at -46Β°C), temperature verification, and documentation. PSL 3 adds independent design verification by an API-accredited agency and additional NDE requirements. Most major IOC projects require PSL 3G (geothermal) or PSL 3 with PR2 performance for high-temperature wells.
Weld Neck Flanges (WN) are the preferred choice for high-pressure sour gas service. The tapered hub provides superior mechanical strength and fatigue resistance under thermal cycling. For sour service, specify:
Subsea flange specification requires careful consideration of:
Standard documentation package includes:
Additional documentation (ITP, WPS/PQR, First Article Inspection) available on request.
Yes. JIAJI FORGING has supplied flanges to major Central Asian oil and gas projects. For Kazakh projects (TCO, Kashagan, Karachaganak, NCOC), we are familiar with:
Lead time: 4β12 weeks depending on size, pressure class, and material availability. Rush orders for emergency maintenance supported where possible.
