Full Material Traceability

Every raw material heat/lot is recorded with its mill test certificate (MTC). Traceability is maintained from the steel mill through forging, heat treatment, machining, and final inspection. Each product is marked with heat number, material grade, and pressure rating.

Dual Inspection System

Every batch of products undergoes two rounds of inspection before shipment: (1) In-process inspection during machining, and (2) Final inspection before packaging. Inspection reports cover dimensions, surface finish, marking, and pressure tests.
